Content owned by third parties available on the Site, including images and descriptions of real estate listings, may be licensed to Andrews Homes pursuant from a third party. These images and descriptions are the intellectual property of third parties, and any use of these images and descriptions is subject to the third party copyright owner’s permission and/or the law.
Edward Andrews Homes respects the intellectual property rights of others, and asks that everyone using the Services do the same. Anyone who believes that their work has been reproduced on the Services in a way that constitutes copyright infringement may notify Edward Andrews Homes’ copyright agent in accordance with Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c)(2), by providing the following information:
