With more than 25 years of homebuilding experience, including more than a decade as the CEO of one of the region’s top residential community developers, Paul established Edward Andrews Homes in 2007 and has spearheaded its growth through his ability to provide the company with vision coupled with strategic method. It is his personal goal to make Edward Andrews Homes Georgia’s premier private homebuilder.
To accomplish this vision, Paul is active in the day-to-day management of the firm, guiding the overall direction and growth strategy. He leads land acquisition and development with his ability to envision large tracts of land with an eye for their future development as award-winning communities.
Over the years, Paul learned what is right, and what is wrong with the customized homebuilding process. During these years, he solidified his vision for a different kind of homebuilding company — one where the customer is at the center of the process every step of the way. With Edward Andrews Homes he has delivered, with the end result being that every Edward Andrews Homes homeowner benefits from his experience, keen understanding of evolving homebuyer needs, and his innate ability to find new opportunities that maximize the homeowner’s overall market value.
Paul earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Florida in 1987, and actively contributes to the homebuilding industry by participating in numerous industry associations, including the Greater Atlanta Homebuilders Association, the National Homebuilders Association, and the Atlanta area Council for Quality Growth, where he serves on the executive board of directors. He is a long-standing member of the Urban Land Institute and its Council for Community Development.
Todd established Edward Andrews Homes in 2007, drawing from more than 20 years of industry experience. Since its inception, he has grown the company from a start-up operation to a top 20 Atlanta homebuilder.
As President and Chief Operating Officer of Edward Andrews Homes, Todd provides the overall direction and momentum for the company’s construction, marketing, finance and sales divisions. In addition, he is intimately involved with new home product development to ensure that Edward Andrews Homes continues to produce industry-leading, innovative home designs.
Prior to founding Edward Andrews Homes, Todd was Principal and President of PEC Development Group, where he built an organization known throughout Atlanta for developing top selling, innovative and expertly designed communities. During his tenure at PEC, Todd directly oversaw the development of more than 50 communities containing more than 5,000 lots.
Todd is active in the Greater Atlanta Homebuilders Association, Atlanta’s Council for Quality Growth, the National Association of Homebuilders, and the Urban Land Institute. He received his Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
Wendy Hudson brings over 15 years of experience in finance and real estate to her position as Chief Financial Officer at Edward Andrews Homes. Wendy has been with Edward Andrews Homes for three years and focuses on her mission to provide analytics and vision to propel Edward Andrews Homes toward the greatest financial growth potential and financial strength in the years ahead.
Prior to joining Edward Andrews Homes, Wendy worked with Greystone, a company that focuses on loan financing, where she created financial models and wrote SQL-based reports that identified key performance indicators.
She has also held a position at Douglas Wilson Cos. as a Finance Director, where she provided financial reporting and analysis for several of the firm’s clients, including forensic accounting services and cash flow modeling. Prior to that, she held a position at McCar Homes as a Finance Manager, where she created and maintained banking relationships for a syndicated credit facility, secured $395 million of capital for joint venture partnerships, and developed forecasting models to support critical decisions made by senior management.
Wendy earned her Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minor in Math from Tennessee Wesleyan College in Athens, Tennessee.
Caroline has been with Edward Andrews Homes since its inception in 2007 and serves as Chief Marketing Officer, with a focus on creating the culture and business practices needed to deliver well-built, purposeful homes and establish the company as a placemaker and lifestyle curator.
As CMO, Caroline is responsible for the strategic direction and management of EA Homes’ sales, marketing and design with an emphasis on driving revenue growth and profitability. She leverages her broad residential real estate marketing experience to develop and execute communication campaigns that support consistent business growth and development.
Working directly with her partners and EA Homes team, Caroline leads all marketing functions to achieve corporate objectives while ensuring the EA Homes’ brand voice is articulated and the buyer-centric approach is achieved through all levels of the consumer experience. As an experienced real estate strategist, Caroline leads marketing efforts focused on target demographics and consumer insights, product planning and price positioning, competitive profiling, and cutting edge digital initiatives.
In addition, Caroline oversees the design team and daily operations behind EA Homes’ innovative design center, awarded ‘Best Design Center’ at the NAHB’s Nationals Awards in 2016. With her robust knowledge of the Atlanta housing market, she also oversees the investor group analytics team during the project feasibility phase of land and lot acquisition to quantify strategic growth options for future communities across Atlanta.
Prior to joining Edward Andrews Homes, Caroline consulted on lot sales at PEC Development Group, forming a unique platform designed to efficiently create, execute and manage builder programs. In the early 2000s, she developed the land acquisition division at Jenny Pruitt & Associates. Today, Caroline is an active member of ULI (Urban Land Institute), WLI (Women’s Leadership Initiative of ULI) and WHLG (Women’s Housing Leadership). Caroline earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida.
As Senior Vice President of Construction for Edward Andrews Homes, Chip is responsible for the homebuilding operations of the company. With an award-winning career spanning more than 20 years, Chip has completed in excess of 2,000 residential and mixed-use commercial projects.
Chip leads all phases of homebuilding operations and provides strategic direction for developing and implementing effective programs and processes for day-to-day construction operations. He is customer focused and has an innate ability to understand and deliver on customer needs while consistently delivering homes on time and to the highest quality standard.
Prior to joining Edward Andrews Homes, Chip spent 17 years with Atlanta-based John Wieland Homes and Neighborhoods where he established himself as the expert for Atlanta homebuilding standards, setting records for cycle time, cost reduction and customer satisfaction.
Additionally, Chip played a critical role in developing and implementing a quality program for his former employer, which earned the top placement in the iconic global J.D. Power awards for three years running in customer satisfaction and home quality.
Chip is a licensed Georgia general contractor and serves as a leader for the Georgia Power builder panel and Habitat for Humanity. Chip earned a Bachelor of Science in construction management from Central Connecticut State University.
