Position Type/Hours of Work: Full time, Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
The Job Description
Summary/Objective: This position will work directly with the Marketing Director and Chief Marketing Officer on marketing and brand initiatives spanning across the corporate brands (“EA Homes” & “Empire Communities”) and 15+ new home communities.
Marketing initiatives include: Oversee Empire brand transition, creation of assets and implementation into market; collateral and web content management, social media planning and monitoring, event marketing strategy, analysis of onsite customer experience, and digital content curation for design center & sales centers.
Ultimately, all marketing initiatives correlate with efforts of Online Sales team, Division Sales Managers, and Onsite Sales Consultants to achieve goals in lead generation and new home sales.
Supervisor Responsibilities: This position will have no supervisory responsibilities but with work in unison with Marketing Director and Online Sales Consultants.
Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. This role will also spend a significant portion of their time in the communities, walking designer model homes, hosting events at communities and Design Center, and oversees overall customer experience while onsite. This position requires a personal vehicle for off-site visits, events, and community involvement.

This is a largely sedentary role. It would require the ability to lift/carry marketing materials. This role requires near vision, i.e. the ability to perceive details at close range (within a few feet). This role will require a moderate amount of time walking and standing.
Travel: Little travel is expected for this position, outside of attending industry conferences.
