Over the past several weeks as the COVID-19 situation continues to unfold globally, we as a company have been working diligently to determine what we can do to help those who are searching for a new home navigate the homebuying process during this challenging time.
In response to Governor Kemp’s recent “shelter-in-place” order for the state of Georgia, our sales centers and model homes will be operating primarily by virtual appointment until Friday, April 13 or otherwise deemed necessary. As you continue your new home search, our sales consultants are readily available and are here to help you make an informed decision on your new home purchase remotely using various technologies, such as video calls, virtual walk-throughs and digital flex floor plans.
While our doors are closed to drop-in visits, our sales consultants are able to accommodate requests for onsite visits, within CDC guidelines and practices. In the event that you would like to schedule an onsite visit, please be prepared to answer a series of questions aligned with the latest CDC guidelines.
- Do you have the following: fever, and/or new onset of cough or difficulty breathing
- Have you travelled to any impacted areas in the 14 days before the onset of illness?
- Have you come in close contact with a confirmed or probable case of COVID-19?
- Have you had close contact with a person with acute respiratory illness who has been to an impacted area (see # 2) in the 14 days before their symptom onset?
Rest assured for those that will be meeting our team on-site, we have ample hand-sanitizer and disinfectant wipes and are following the best practices for keeping a sterile site as set out by the World Health Organization, CDC & our Nation’s Leaders.
